The Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC) is often the first place to start when seeking information about homecare services and other support options for seniors and people with disabilities. They can provide information about available resources, assist with applying for benefits and services, and connect individuals with appropriate agencies or providers.
The Homecare and National Family Caregiver Support programs are administered by the Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC)
If these programs don’t meet your needs, Independence Assistance also works with other organizations that may be able to help. You can find more information by scrolling down this page.
To request a referral or learn more about services, please contact the ADRC by phone at 1-866-665-7921 or 859-266-1116, or by email at [email protected].
You can also use the Referral Form below to download and email a PDF to the ADRC. This will help connect them with you.
If the programs listed above do not meet your needs, we also offer self-pay options and work with the VA (US Department of Veterans Affairs) and various insurance agencies to provide financial assistance for our services.
Please reach out to our local Community Care Department at the VA: 859-233-4511 or visit www.va.gov/communitycare
